This video describes surgery for cardioesophageal carcinoma from the left thoracoabdominal approach. It detaily shows the technology of radical lymphnode dissection (D2) with preservation of the spleen. . It was rare anatomical case with absence of left gastric artery and additional branch to the left lobe. Also diaphragm was not intersected in order to decrease surgical trauma.
