The video shows a 51 years old man case, diagnosed of cholelitiasis after 2 episodes of pancreatitis. The Hook was the only instrument used to dissect all the structures. After the identification and isolation of the cystic duct and artery, the artery was cauterized, the gallbladder was released of its fossa in the liver and finaly the cystic duct was clipped. Patient released next day from the surgery, with no symptons.
