Patient with ultrasound diagnosis of cholelithiasis, very few sintomatology, cured of hipertension and diabetis after one year of laparoscopic gastric by-pass. Video shows a gallbladder full of gallstones, the dissection started by detachment the fundus from the liver, until high infundibulum, when reached, usual dissection by hook and maryland was performed. Cystic artery and duct were isolated and clipped with usual clips. Revison of the liver bed and pedicle showed no signs of bleeding or bile leak. Gallbladder was extract trough umbilical port.
