Lap Cholecystectomy - Hook Dissection - Small Liver Capsule Lesion at the End
发布时间：2013-05-30 Video demostrate a 73 years old woman, with diabetis and hipertension, diagnosed with gallbladder stones by ultrasound. 4 trocars standard technique was performed. To dissection the instrument used was the hook. Cystic duct and artery was cliped. At the end of the detachment, a small lesion of the liver capsule ocurred, it was controled with compression by a gauze, no need to coagulate the liver. Patient discharged to home next day from the surgery.
Video is showed in real time and with very few eddition.
