Despite corrective surgery of nasal septum this patient remained to have blocked left nostril. He is having an augmentation of left nasal valve with harvest of rib cartilage involving open rhinoplasty
Also I correct his saddle defortmity with a rib graft the same time.
In order to minimize the comorbidity I only harvest the superficial layer of rib cartilage.
