34 years old patient with h/o 2 c-section deliveries was referred b/o frequency, urgency, painful urination and occasional cyclic hematuria
Transvaginal ultrasound revealed 3-4 cm nodule at bladder base area
Intraoperative cystoscopy confirmed the nodule, JJ catheter was inserted and full thickness partial cystectomy with layer closure was performed laparoscopically, folly catheter and jj catheter was removed at 2 weeks after surgery
