Vessel sealer and hook hysterectomy. Fibroid uterus (800g) with 12 cm x 12 cm fibroid extending into left pelvic sidewall requiring left ureterolysis. Vessel sealer used in both #1 & #2 ports with smart pedal technology. After colpotomy, specimen removed by traditional vaginal coring technique. Cuff closed with V-loc robotically. Total console time 1 hr 48 min.
