29 years old G;0, P:0 was referred b/o sever cyclic pelvic pain, Ultasound indicating (L) ovarian endometrioma ( 58 mm) with CA-125 antigen=126, her other main complaint was sever cyclic rectal pain and loose stool
Bi-manual exam revealed nodularity at posterio cul de sac
Operative laparoscopy indicated no rectal stenosis, size of rectal lesion estimated to be less than 3 cm
Laparoscopic shaving resection of rectal lesion up to muscularis layer was performed, DIE pelvic floor resected, rectal and pelvic defect area repaired
patient was discharged on 3d post op day under satisfactory condition
