Undescended testes is a condition in which testes fail to descend in to the scrotal sac. It is noticed in infants and corrected by surgery - Orchidopexy. In India, we see extreme negligence regarding the cure of the disease. If a disease is not giving pain, people avoid it till it becomes cumbersome. In the present case, hernial sac contains testis (RT) and patent processus vaginalis.
In this age, we have to resect the testis and hernia repair is performed.
