Direct Inguinal Hernia comes through posterior inguinal wall. In fact it is not a true hernia. The patient suffering from direct inguinal hernia should be examined for any associated illness such as BPH in old ages, Urethral stricture, straining during stool, increased Intra abdominal pressure etc
