Apendicite Aguda - Ultracision + Endoloops de Prolene


Women 24 years, 2 day with abdomonial pain initially on the epigastric, migrating to the lower righ quadrant. All exams performed were normal (CT scan, blood, ultrasound). Indicated diagnostic laparoscopy with standard technique (10mm trocar on the umbilicus and one 5mm trocar on each iliac fossa. that showed appendicitis in the inicial stage. The mesoappendix were cauterized with the use of harmonic scalpel, the base was threated with the use of prolene endoloops. The surgical specimen was retrieved with hand made extraction bag through the opitical trocar. Good postoperative evolution, released next day to the operation, with no antibiotics.

Mulher, 24 anos, 2 dias de dor tipo cólica, inicialmente epigástrica localizando em fossa ilíaca direita, apendicite aguda fase inicial (diagnóstico clínico - todos os exames normais). Durante a cirurgia identificada apendicite aguda fase inicial com líquido livre seroso na cavidade abdominal. Realizada abertura da goteria parieto cólica direita e cauterização do mesoapêndice com ultracision. Ligadura da base do apêndice com prolene 0 (2 loops proximais e 1 distal). Apêndice enluvado e extraído pelo pórtico umbilical.
