腹腔镜 Burch 中的多内夹收缩技术 (MERT)

多重内夹回缩技术 (MERT) 是根据在腹腔镜肾部分切除术中缝合肾实质的经验而开发的。 在这项研究中，前瞻性地评估了经腹膜腹腔镜 Burch 和 MERT 治疗的病例的一年结果。

对患者进行压力测试、一小时垫测试评估，并要求在术后期间完成国际尿失禁协会尿失禁问卷简表（ICIQ-SF）。 随访时间为术后 3、6 和 12 个月。

这项研究的主要结果是手术成功，定义为治愈压力性尿失禁 (SUI)（无症状），在 ICIQ-SF 中经历改善的 SUI 症状和阴性压力测试，并且单次漏尿少于 2g 小时垫测试。

根据术后 12 个月的压力测试结果，患者的年龄、孩子数量和体重指数 (BMI) 无统计学差异。 发现在压力测试和垫重量方面，所有对照月份都有统计学上的显著改善。 ICIQ-SF 结果显示，术后恢复的患者在三个月时显著下降。 该比率在随后的对照月中没有变化。 然而，手术后未恢复的患者的 ICIQ-SF 值没有统计学变化。

MERT 似乎是 SUI 管理中安全有效的修改之一，由经过适当培训的经验丰富的外科医生执行时，一年的结果良好。
