自提出腹腔镜检查作为最常见的外科病理之一腹股沟疝的解决方案以来已有 20 多年,腹膜内或腹膜外入路的选择仍然是一个备受争议的话题。

本研究旨在分析腹膜外方法的可行性,通过该团队的常规操作/并回答此类方法是否可以被认为是安全的问题。 尽管腹膜内或腹膜外入路的适应症在很大程度上重叠,但也可能是外科医生在选择一种技术时的偏好问题。

这项研究是回顾性的,由一个手术团队在 2012 年 1 月至 2022 年 3 月期间对一组 493 名在诊所接受腹股沟疝手术的患者进行了研究。

证明在 493 例腹股沟疝手术中 , 95.1% (n = 469) 通过腹腔镜 TEP(全腹膜外补片成形术)进行手术; 1.62% (n = 8) 通过腹腔镜 TAPP(经腹腹膜内); 3.24% (n = 16) 采用开放式前路入路 (Lichtenstein)。 任何手术均未记录到术中并发症,而腹膜外入路的病例中有 10.23% (n = 48) 出现术后并发症,TEP 入路后的复发率为 0.40% (n = 2) 。

对于正确选择的病例,TEP 疝手术可以被认为是一种安全可靠的方法。
