V-Y 推进皮瓣在指尖中的应用

指尖截肢是一种常见的上肢损伤。 多年来，已经描述了多种重建技术。 对于背斜和横向截肢术，Atasoy V-Y 推进皮瓣是一种流行的选择，因为它可以保留手指的长度、感觉和功能。 然而，在张力下闭合仍然是一个问题，使皮瓣处于部分或完全坏死的风险中。 为了避免这种不愉快的并发症，经典的 V-Y 推进技术已经过修改，可以实现无张力闭合。
