右侧枕骨无移位骨折延伸至颅底。骨折线延伸至枕骨大孔、右颈静脉切迹和右颈静脉结节。可能骨折线靠近右颈动脉管。

左颅底邻近枕骨大孔处也有一个未移位的骨折，向下延伸至左枕髁，向上延伸至左颈静脉孔内侧。

案例讨论

2型骨折是从颅底骨折延伸出来的枕髁骨折，通常被认为是稳定的损伤。它们是由下颅骨直接受到的打击引起的。

枕髁骨折是一种少见的损伤，通常由高能量钝性损伤引起。他们被认为是一种特殊类型的颅底骨折，重要的是可以看到随着颅颈分离。

孤立性损伤的治疗通常是保守的，除非有颅颈交界不稳定。
