案例讨论

尺骨的小体突骨折是罕见的，无论是与肘关节脱位或孤立性骨折有关，仅限于冠状突。奥德里斯科尔分类系统将这些裂缝分为三种类型。Ⅰ型横冠状动脉尖骨折，Ⅱ型损伤包括前突和Ⅲ型骨折通过冠状突基底。放射科医师应使用骨科医师采用的相同分类系统来描述这些骨折。
