骨转移（又称骨转移）是一种常见的疾病，在转移性疾病患者中发病率很高。虽然诊断通常是直接的，尤其是在许多病例中有转移性恶性肿瘤的良好记录，有时他们可能会模仿良性疾病或其他原发性恶性肿瘤。

术语

重要的是要认识到，虽然我们通常谈论的是骨转移，但严格来说，这些病变大多是骨髓转移，起源于皮质骨本身的转移更不常见。实际上，我们在皮质骨中看到的大多数转移瘤都是从松质骨/骨髓直接侵入的，在皮质骨受累之前，x线和CT上通常看不到。

流行病学

尽管肺癌、乳腺癌、肾细胞癌和前列腺癌约占所有骨转移的80%，但骨转移占所有恶性骨肿瘤的70%，并见于大量原发性癌症。这不仅是因为这些肿瘤有向骨转移的倾向，而且也是因为这些肿瘤是最常见的肿瘤之一。
