肘关节后脱位

介绍
有滑倒和跌倒史，在浴室内伸开的手，检查时患者伸开的手摔倒后，右肘有疼痛和肿胀，并伴有畸形，无开放性损伤，周围脉搏摄取，未发现神经功能缺损。

没有看到清晰的骨折。

肘关节复位后，X光片显示正常对中。

未见明显骨折。

在急诊科完成了脱位复位。

搬迁后做X线检查，效果良好。

冠突和桡骨头完整无缺。

肘关节是由肱骨、桡骨和尺骨的关节组成的复杂的滑膜关节。

大体解剖学

肘关节由三个关节组成：

桡肱：肱骨小头和桡骨头
尺肱：肱骨滑车，尺骨滑车切迹（尺骨鹰嘴和冠突关节面分开）
桡尺：桡骨头与尺骨的桡切迹（近侧桡尺关节）
在完全屈曲时，冠状突由冠状窝接受，桡骨头由肱骨前表面的桡窝接受。尺骨鹰嘴突完全伸展时，由肱骨后方的尺骨鹰嘴窝接受。
