案例讨论

额缝通常在7岁左右就消失了，但作为一种解剖变异，可能伴有额窦发育不全或发育不全。

它有一个特征性的中线位置和显示缝叉指区别于额骨骨折。

前视缝线（也称为额、额间或额正中缝线）是一个垂直的纤维接头，将额骨的两半分开，存在于新生儿体内。

大体解剖学

这条缝线穿过额骨的中线，从鼻腔到鼻骨短突，尽管它常常是不完整的。它可能在3个月大时融合，几乎所有患者在1-4岁的9个月左右融合。

过早融合的缝线被称为上睑缝合（颅缝缝合类型），然后可以导致三角头。

变异解剖学

通常在7岁左右时，额缝会消失，但在极少数情况下，它可能作为一种解剖变异而存在，几乎没有临床意义，但可能会被误认为额骨骨折。持续的额缝可能与额窦发育不全或发育不全有关。
