Buford复合体是一种先天性盂唇变异，1-3点位置前上唇缺失，中盂肱韧带增厚（索状）。它直接起源于靠近二头唇复合体的上唇，插入肩胛下肌腱的关节面。在约3%（范围1.5-5%）的个体中存在。

历史与词源

1994年，美国矫形外科医师Don Buford Jr（佛罗里达州，2018）首次描述了Buford复合体。

相关病理
Buford复合物导致上唇异常应变，二头肌易发生SLAP病变。
