钙化性肌腱炎是一种自限性疾病，由于钙羟基磷灰石沉积在肌腱内，通常是在肩袖。这是一种常见的表现羟基磷灰石晶体沉积病（HADD）。

流行病学

一般情况下，这种情况会影响30到60岁之间的中年患者，对女性有轻微的偏好。

病理

钙化性肌腱炎是由于羟基磷灰石钙沉积在肌腱内引起的，被认为是由于氧张力降低，导致纤维软骨化生和二次矿化。
