雌激素依赖状态，疾病，病症或综合症是部分或完全依赖于体内雌激素活性或对其敏感的医学病症。



已知的雌激素依赖状态包括乳腺痛（乳房疼痛/压痛），[1] [2]乳腺肌瘤，[3]乳头状瘤（乳房增大），巨乳症（乳房肥大），[4] [5]男性乳房发育症[6]乳腺癌，[7]女孩的性早熟，[8]黄褐斑，[9]月经过多，[10] [11]子宫内膜异位，[12]子宫内膜增生，[13]子宫腺肌病，[13]子宫肌瘤，[7]子宫男性癌症（例如子宫内膜癌），[7]卵巢癌[14]和雌激素过多症，例如在某些情况下，例如肝硬化和克莱氏综合征。[15]
