桡腕背侧韧带

背侧桡韧带（后韧带）比掌侧厚，强度大，上方附着于桡骨下端的后缘; 它的纤维倾斜向下和向内，并在下方固定到舟骨（现在称为舟状骨），月骨和三角形的背面，与背侧腕骨间韧带的背面连续。

它与手指的伸肌腱有关; 在前面，它与关节盘混合。
