80 year old gentleman, who underwent superficial parotidectomy few years back for cystic swelling in the parotid. Here is a revision total parotidectomy with preserving almost all branches of facial nerve. Only interconnecting branch between the main branch was sacrified. this was a case of chronic cystic parotitis. Post operatively Grade II facial nerve palsy was observed
