Clinical Presentation
A 35-year old man present with dizziness , loss of balance , general weakness and loss of sexual desire for 2 years. Recently, his dizzeness were getting worse and he went to see a  ENT doctor, who ordered a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan. On examination, he has a decreased visual acuity of 10/20 in right eye. The remainder of his neurologic exam is normal. Operated by Prof Dr Selcuk YILMAZLAR
