(Language: english/french). Left transcanal revision tympanoplasty with ossiculoplasty using total prosthesis (Vincent-Grace Alto TORP) following previous failed surgery (other surgeon). Middle ear exploration reveals prosthesis dislocation (Teflon piston) due to incus erosion. There is a simultaneous erosion ofthe stapes head thus the Silastic banding technique cannot be used as well as a PORP (Austin-Kartush Group B). Ossiculoplasty is performed with a Total prosthesis positioned from malleus to stapes footplate which is mobile (Malleus-to-footplate assembly) with Malleus relocation.
