This narrated video illustrates the surgical technique for transcanal endoscopic removal of an attic cholesteatoma with involvement lateral to the ossicular chain. Cholesteatoma removal was possible with preservation of the ossicular chain, maintenance of healthy mastoid mucosa and avoidance of a posterior auricular incision.
