A technique of releasing tongue tie is shown by using radiosurgery probe.  Clean and bloodless surgery achieved.  In tongue tie, thickened band or web occur which limits tongue projection and difficulty pronouncing alphabet or word which need intricate contact of tongue tip and teeth.  This is a correctable and curable lesion and needs to be done early to enable normal speech and articulatory development.
