in this case, there was an incisional hernia that was caused as a result of  open cholecystectomy. We repaired the hernia with laparoscopic techniques. We used three trocars from the left side of the patient. one 10 mm and two 5 mm tracers were inserted. Firstly, The hernia sac cavity was evacuated and some additions were released. The defect was closed with  two running sutures. V-loc . after closing the defect was covered with mesh . DynaMesh IPOM . The mech was fixed the wall with absorbable tacks and the four transfascial sutures. at this porsesure, the abdomen pressure was reduced.
