These small swellings arising from the vocal folds free edge has caused significant hoarsenes of voice with pitch breaks.  The patient admitted to have overused her voice making the healing process affected.  There is significant arytenoid oedema and redness of the arytenoid mucosa attributed to reflux laryngitis (dashed lined).   Arrows - nodule, 1 - right vocal fold, 2 - left vocal fold, 3 - right false vocal fold, 4 - left false vocal fold, 5 - laryngeal surface of epiglottis towards petiole.
