Young male came with complain of pain in ear , blockage , itching & decrease hearing .He gives history of ear itching with ear bud ( Q tip ) , putting warm vegetable oil for pain & cleaning ear with water . Vegetable oil & water increases growth of fungus .
On endoscopy Severe fungal infection ( Otomycosis ) seen in ear canal which is clean with suction irrigation method .
