This is a case of CSOM left ear - central perforation discharging on a already modified Radical mastoidectomy with conductive hearing loss due to absent Incus ans stapes suprastructure due to previous surgery. I am showimg my technique of Scarless endoscopic Ossiculoplasty with Myringoplasty using homo graft septal cartilage. Easy, cheap, daycare, under LA, fast healing , less pain, no mastoid bandage or sutures.
