Edited video showing an endoscopic combined (transcanal & transmastoid) revisional surgery for the removal of an acquired cholesteatoma. This patient underwent to traditional microscopic CWU surgery at 2014. He had recurrent disease at the middle ear and mastoid cavities. Sinus tympani was clear. This was an infiltrative matrix cholesteatoma and because of that a modified radical mastoidectomy was performed.
