Ossiculoplasty with PORP for incus erosion. The previous surgeon performed a partial ossicular reconsctruction using cartilage interposition which was dislocated. There is a narrow oval window which does not allow for the use of a TORP. The malleus is really anterior and is relocated to allow for better placement of the PORP which stands vertically at the end of the procedure.
