Clinical examination: it looked like a conflict on S3-S4 sacral root occurred before the emergence of splanchnic nerves… which explain the lack of Alcock canal syndrome and the association of pain and dysuria
Decision for surgical exploration of right S3-S4
Laparoscopy: sacral roots dissection and identification of a vein crossing right S3
The pain has been relieved beginning with postoperative  day 1
However, 10 das after the surgery the pain has come back with similar characteristics.
