In this case, there is corporal fibrosis and the more rare ventral curvature.   Scissors, cavernotomes, scissors, and extensive dilating techniques, in addition to modeling for ventral curve is done to achieve that perfect “best in world” result.    Rarely does anyone show modeling at all, and a modeling for a downward/ventral curve has never been seen on the web before except in my videos.  Hopefully some learning techniques are passed along.
