Clinical case of young male with both eardrum retraction .
Patient complain of both ear decrease hearing more on left ear .
History of recurrent cold , sneezing , post nasal discharge (PND) & both ear discharge in childhood .

On endoscopy of nose DNS ( Deviated nasal septum ) to right & ITH  ( Inferior turbinate hypertrophy ) on left side.
Endoscopy of ear show retraction of both eardrum.
