Young male complaining of right ear itching , pain & blockage since last 5 days .
History of itching right ear with cotton bud ( Q Tip ) , recurrent cold , sneezing & post nasal discharge ( PND ) . History of allergy to dust .
Otoendoscopy show Fungal Infection in right ear ( Otomycosis ) - Aspergillus niger .
