Young male complain of alive insect ( Fly ) going inside ear 1 hour back . He has pain & foreign body sensation due to moving of fly inside ear .
On endoscopy examination alive insect ( Fly ) seen in ear canal with eggs lays by fly within 1 hours .
Lidocaine anesthetic spray is use to kill foreign body fly & removed under endoscopic vision . Eggs suction out & ear cleaning done with normal saline by suction irrigation method .
Antibiotic ear drop use after ear cleaning .
On inquiry he gives history of ear discharge with itching on & off since many years . Fly got attracted to foul smelling coming from ear & lay eggs .
