This video show Otoendoscopic Dried Hemorrhagic Ear Canal Polyp Removal & Ear Cleaning 7 days after temporal region injury .
Patient presented with ear pain , hard of hearing & ear fullness 7 days back after fall. On examination , bright red Hemorrhagic Polyp with serous discharge present blocking whole ear canal .
Antibiotic + steroid ear drop & anti inflammatory drug are prescribe for 7 days.
After 7 days , Oto-endoscopic Dried Hemorrhagic Ear Canal Polyp removal done .
