Oral Cancer :
A 70 old year male complain of mild pain during swallowing & lump in throat since 2 month . No history of any addiction .
On examination 6x5x4 cm proliferative growth arising from left tonsil seen .
Neck level 2 , 3 & 4 lymph node palpable & fixed to skin on left side .
Biopsy done & Histo pathology examination consistent with Well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma , Verrucous type .
