12 year old girl with complain of both side nose blockage since last 2 month more on left side .
History of recurrent cold , sneezing , post nasal discharge , snoring & mouth breathing since last 2-3 years.
CT Scan nose & paranasal sinuses show Huge Antrochoanal Polyp blocking both Choana .
Endoscopy of nose show blockage of opposite choana also by Huge Antrochoanal Polyp arising from left maxillary sinus .
