In this patient Mirena IUD was applied five months ago at the another clinic. She had mild pelvic pain. In USG Mirena shadow not seen in the uterus, it shadow was saw at the left side of uterus. In laparoscopy it was found in the left side of Douglas and removed out of abdomen.
