2 kg newborn baby had duodenal atresia diagnosed before birth. The baby was taken up for laparoscopic surgery on day 2 of life. Laparoscopic duodenoduodenostomy was performed using 3 ports. Feeds were started after 1 week and the baby was discharged on full feeds, without any visible scar on the abdomen.
