Hybrid Approach to tympanoplasty. Using microscope and endoscope to remove a mesotympanic acquired cholesteatoma with eustachian tube invasion. We removel the eroded incus and the maleus and placed a titanium PORP. Tympanic reconstruction usin tragus cartilage.
