This video show Endoscopic DCR Surgery done for Eye Watering & Discharge in young lady .
She presented with left eye watering & pus discharge from left eye since last 6 month on & off .
She also gives history of recurrent cold , cough , PND & nose allergy .
Endoscopic dacryo cysto rhinostomy (DCR) operation done to bypass duct obstruction & to avoid any scar on face  .
Patient now got relief from her symptoms . Steroid nasal spray advised on follow up for nose allergy .
