This video demonstrates an rTAPP (robotic transabdominal pre-peritoneal) repair of 4 hernias- a spigelian hernia, a left direct and indirect inguinal hernia and a left femoral hernia.   Initially it was thought the spigelian was incarcerated but it was the inguinal hernia,  The patient left the hospital on post operative day 1 with excellent result.
