Young beautiful patient who would benefit from an actual surgical rhinoplasty chose to undergo non-surgical rhinoplasty instead due to a variety of reasons.  

Not all patients seeking nose reshaping are candidates for nonsurgical nose jobs.  Many are not a candidate at all.  Some are fantastic candidates.  And some like this patient can go with either surgical or non-surgical but the two goals and results are very different.  

This patient ideally would look better with a smaller more cute nose but for now she simply wants a straighter more symmetric nose.
