In this video, biopsy and removal of right nasal polyps by using microdebrider ( a powered instrument device) is shown. Bleeding was controlled with adrenaline ribbon packing and hypotensive anaesthesia. The subsequent FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery) is not shown to complete the procedure.
