35-40 year old underwent a bi lateral breast reduction, patient complained that her G cup size was putting a lot of strain on her back and causing a lot of problems. We performed a breast reduction which took her down to a D cup. Patient also had a tummy tuck done, she wanted more of an hourglass figure, removal of loose skin and a more feminine appearance.
